Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 31, 2026

Last updated: August 31, 2026

Freeman Technology LLC(“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Trades Work mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and disclose it, how long we retain it, and the choices and rights available to you.

1. Information We Collect

nformation you provide

Account information: Your name and email address. If you create an account with a password, we store a one-way hash of the password rather than the password in readable form.

Business and work information: Information you choose to save in Trades Work, including contact names, phone numbers, email addresses, profile photos, company names, job names, and job start and end dates.

Information about other people: The Service lets you manually enter information about business contacts. You are responsible for having an appropriate basis or permission to provide and use another person’s information.

Communications: Information you include when you contact us for support, make a privacy request, or otherwise communicate with us.

Information received through Google Sign-In

If you choose to sign in with Google, Google may provide us with your Google account identifier, name, email address, profile image, and authentication information needed to complete and maintain sign-in. We use this information only to create, authenticate, secure, and manage your Trades Work account. We do not receive your Google password.

Your use of Google is also governed by Google’s own privacy policy. You can manage or revoke Trades Work’s access from your Google Account’s third-party connections settings. Revoking Google access does not, by itself, delete your Trades Work account or information stored in Trades Work.

Information collected automatically

When you use the Service, our servers and authentication systems may receive:

– Internet Protocol (IP) address;

– browser or device user-agent information;

– session identifiers and authentication records;

– request, login, and security timestamps; and

– limited server logs needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and prevent abuse of the Service.

The app stores a session credential in the operating system’s secure storage so you can remain signed in. We do not use advertising identifiers and do not use this information to track you across apps or websites.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

– create, authenticate, maintain, and secure accounts;

– provide and synchronize the contacts, companies, jobs, and other features you request;

– remember your session and settings;

– respond to support, privacy, and account requests;

– monitor reliability, troubleshoot errors, prevent fraud or abuse, and protect the Service and its users;

– comply with law and enforce our agreements; and

– notify you of material service, security, or privacy changes.

We do not use personal information for third-party advertising, sell personal information for money, or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

3. Legal Bases for Processing

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process personal information:

to perform a contract, such as providing the Service and the features you request;

with your consent, such as when you choose Google Sign-In or otherwise consent to optional processing;

for our legitimate interests, such as securing, maintaining, and improving the reliability of the Service, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights; and

to comply with legal obligations and protect legal rights.

You may withdraw consent at any time, but withdrawal does not affect processing already performed lawfully and may prevent an optional feature from working.

4. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information in the following circumstances:

Service providers: Vendors that process information for us to provide infrastructure, database, security, authentication, and support services. Service providers may process information only to perform services for us or as permitted by law.

Google Sign-In: When you choose Google Sign-In, we exchange the authentication information necessary to complete and maintain the sign-in process. We do not send your data to Google merely because you use Google Sign-In.

At your direction: When you open a third-party URL, call a saved phone number, or otherwise direct the Service to interact with another service.

Legal and safety reasons: When we reasonably believe disclosure is required by law, legal process, or a valid government request, or is necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or prevent fraud or abuse.

Business transaction: In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality and notice requirements.

Professional advisers: Lawyers, accountants, auditors, insurers, and similar advisers who are bound by appropriate duties of confidentiality.

We require service providers that receive personal information from us to provide privacy and security protections consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable platform and legal requirements.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain account information and user-created business and work information while your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Session, authentication, security, and support records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for their purpose.

You may request deletion of your account and associated information by contacting privacy@freemantechnologyllc.com. We may ask you to verify that you control the account. We aim to delete or de-identify information in active systems within 30 days after verifying a valid request. Residual copies may remain in encrypted or access-restricted backups for up to 90 additional days and will not be restored except for disaster recovery, security, or legal needs.

We may retain limited information longer when reasonably necessary to comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect the Service and its users, or document that we fulfilled a privacy request. When retention is required, we isolate the information from ordinary use and delete it when the obligation ends.

Deleting the app or revoking Google access does not delete your Trades Work account. To request deletion of the account and associated data, submit a request using the contact information below.

6. Your Choices and Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

– access or obtain a copy of personal information about you;

– correct inaccurate information;

– delete personal information;

– restrict or object to certain processing;

– receive information you provided in a portable format;

– withdraw consent; and

– appeal our response or complain to your local data-protection authority.

You may update information using available in-app controls or contact us at privacy@freemantechnologyllc.com. We may verify your identity before completing a request. You may use an authorized agent where applicable law permits. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

Residents of jurisdictions with rights concerning the sale or sharing of personal information may opt out of those practices. Trades Work does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so no opt-out is presently required for those activities.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. These include encrypted network transport for production services, one-way password hashing, access controls, and secure device storage for session credentials. No security method is perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for protecting your device and account credentials and for notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.

8. International Data Transfers

We and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where we or they operate. These countries may have different privacy laws from your country. Where required, we use recognized safeguards for international transfers and require appropriate protection of the information.

9. Children’s Privacy

Trades Work is a business productivity service and is not directed to children under 13 or the higher minimum age required by local law to use an online service without parental consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable minimum age. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it as appropriate.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service or legal requirements change. We will post the updated policy, revise the “Last updated” date, and provide any additional notice required by law. If a change materially affects how we use information previously collected, we will provide appropriate notice and obtain consent where required.
